I’ve mounted this on a circular base so a glass dome can be easily added for protection if you choose to. I would reccommend adding a dome or case if you can, to keep your bird in imaculate condition for many years to come. I use puffinplastics.co.ukfor affordable arylic cases in bespoke sizes, and domes from em-home.co.uk. Additionally I would reccommend a taxidermy protector spray from rugremedy.com
